lemontank’s core mission is to get young people’s ideas valued in the creative process of marketing, and to help amazing new talent find routes into creative work.

Marketing teams and agencies often struggle to get diverse creative input from young people, so we built a better way.

who we are

Our best-in-class workshop facilitators, strategists and creative directors shape and develop ideas and narratives. Their portfolios include work with Google, Apple, TikTok, Netflix, YouTube, King Games, Universal and the Olympics.

lemontank founder Jacob Rickard is a creative consultant and specialist in developing cut-through marketing ideas. He was a BBC Radio 1 producer for 12 years, playing a key role in storytelling for young audiences.
